The vendor is required to provide meeting and event production services focused on leadership and learning strategies within the arts and culture sector. This includes facilitating convenings that bring together practitioners, advocates, and stakeholders to share resources, network, leverage expertise, and cultivate diverse leadership across sectors and communities.

Key responsibilities include preparing materials for event promotion and registration using approved arts and culture branding, and producing signage, presentation materials, and other necessary event materials. The contractor will oversee event registration through an approved online system and handle logistics such as venue rental, audio and visual requirements, material supplies, and other essential event services.

The scope of work encompasses quarterly meetings, regional gatherings, site visits, forums, and various community events. The contract is set for a one-year period.
