(1) Vendor needs to provide medication assistance program software.– Provide software for a medication assistance program that aims to identify pharmaceutical manufacturers that offer financial assistance or free drug products (through in–kind donations) to low–income individuals in order to enhance existing prescription drug services coverage. – Dashboard visualization functionality and capability to create interactive dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and data insights.– Demonstrated track record of providing medication assistance program software to healthcare organizations.– Increase uninsured and underinsured patient enrollment in medication assistance programs.– Patient digital enrollment into medication assistance programs.– Assist in identifying patient medication coverage gaps.– Automate medication assistance program renewals.– Track staff productivity and performance.– Assist in improving access to high–cost medications for the uninsured and under.– Robust data encryption and security measures to protect patient privacy.
