(1) Vendor needs to provide medical publications and accessibility services.– Provide comprehensive publication services for medical informing materials. these services include translation, readability testing, ADA–compliant formatting (e.g., braille, large print, audio cd, data cd), desktop publishing, and mailing/distribution.– Ensure that publications are produced in English and threshold languages as Directed,– Ensure that the publications are unbiased, culturally sensitive, and linguistically appropriate in order to promote understanding of the materials,– Ensure the receipt and fulfillment of routine, special and individual mailings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 26, 2025.
