A New York-based agency is seeking proposals from qualified Part B suppliers to provide enteral, urological, ostomy, tracheostomy, and wound care supplies for its Terrace View long-term care facility, along with billing services to third-party payers. Supplier staff will offer around-the-clock phone support to Terrace View personnel administering products to residents, including coverage during holidays.

The selected supplier is expected to bill third-party insurance for covered services provided to qualified residents, utilizing the supplier’s own provider number, and ensure appropriate billing for all products. Responsibilities also include auditing and providing quarterly reports on product usage with possible recommendations for cost savings.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 9, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 5, 2026.
