DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a vendor to provide medical bill adjustment software tailored for processing workers' compensation claims. The software should enable digitization of key information from paper medical bills and accurately calculate adjusted reimbursement rates in accordance with allowable compensation guidelines.

The system must seamlessly integrate with Assure Claims, the City's existing case management software for workers' compensation cases. Functionality should include importing claim and vendor data from Assure Claims, creating individual cases for each worker owed compensation, and associating all related medical bills to each case and vendor ID. Additional features required are the ability to upload and analyze scans of physical medical bills, link bills to parent claims, assign and verify bills, and execute reimbursement calculations.

Vendors are requested to submit their questions by May 29, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2026.
