Must have a minimum of five years of experience providing third party Medicaid billing services for Texas public school districts
Must have worked with a minimum of three comparable clients that are EC-12 Texas school districts with at least 20,000 students
Account management team must have a minimum of five years of experience in EC-12 education and SHARS services
Must have been in business for more than five years in consecutive succession
Must have been the service provider for at least three independent Texas school districts with successful HHSC reviews during the last two years
Must provide a minimum of three references for similar services provided within the past three years
Must provide proof of liability insurance
Must have an internal quality system such as ISO 9001 certification
Must be able to integrate with Skyward Qmlative and Success Ed software
