The City of Aurora, Colorado is seeking qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide irrigation maintenance services at various median locations throughout the city. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to maintain irrigation systems.

Contractors must develop and submit a written monthly schedule of service at least 30 days prior to the growing season, detailing planned workdays for each roadway section. Comprehensive reports are required, tracking service dates, time spent, repairs completed, and serviced locations. The contractor is also responsible for managing all required keys, locks, system logins, and passwords, with updates regularly provided to the city. Maintenance duties include inspecting and adjusting the systems with an emphasis on correcting irregular water distribution, as well as cleaning and adjusting sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage.

The contract period is one year, with all vendor inquiries due by March 6, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 2, 2026.
