(1) Vendor needs to provide media strategy, planning and buying service. Media buying agency to support agency’s advertising strategy, with a strong focus on student recruitment. The appointed agency will be responsible for the planning, negotiation, and purchasing of advertising space across a range of channels including TV, radio, print, video on demand, digital audio (e.g. podcasts and streaming platforms), and out of home (OOH) advertising. Key requirements include the development of integrated media plans that deliver strong reach and engagement among domestic and international student audiences. Priority services include media planning and buying, market insight, campaign tracking and reporting, and budget optimisation. Range of Eligible Services Required: Management of the media strategy, planning and buying activities of the client; Preparation of media plans based on briefs supplied by Clients; Analysis and interpretation of Client data to inform media strategy, planning and buying decisions; Ongoing analysis of the media consumption behaviours of key target audiences, including prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students and, where relevant, their parents or guardians; Detailed analysis of media channels and provision of updates to Clients on evolving patterns and techniques; Providing assistance in the development of a Client’s integrated marketing communications plan, including marketing communications strategies; Providing advice and assistance on any media planning and buying issues relating to advertising campaigns undertaken; Implementation and operation of a rigorous quality control system to monitor the provision of the Services in accordance with agreed practices and procedures. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
