A California county is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive media services. The scope includes creating an annual marketing plan that encompasses both media outreach strategies and the development of media content tailored to county initiatives.

Services required include brand development, such as designing logos, taglines, visual identity elements, and establishing consistent messaging. The vendor will be responsible for producing educational videos and related multimedia materials, as well as managing advertising across digital, broadcast, print, and billboard platforms. This contract also covers the creation of collateral materials including flyers, banners, fact sheets, brochures, and other outreach tools, in addition to conducting direct mail campaigns.
