(1) Vendor needs to provide media services.– Multimedia services will be requested on an as–needed basis throughout the contract period for project management and implementation, and creative development in creation of short educational video projects in support of county initiatives and departmental needs.– Services include the development of 2–3–minute videos that may require animation, drone footage, in–field videography, voice overs, translation services, and other aspects of media development.– Provide all equipment, materials, editing software, etc. Needed for design, recording, editing and production of county video projects.– Contractor shall coordinate with county department representatives to assist in development of content, conduct video–shoots, and edit playbacks.– Strategic priorities by ensuring the delivery of high–quality public–facing educational– Materials that promote transparency and understanding of county regulatory processes, aligning directly with the strategic plan focus areas of sustainability and community, operational excellence, and fostering an engaged and informed public.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
