An Ohio-based agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide media services aimed at developing and executing a comprehensive, statewide advertising strategy to promote its homebuyer programs. The goal is to enhance the agency’s reputation, raise public awareness of its work, and drive greater participation in homeownership initiatives across Ohio.
The selected vendor will design and implement marketing and advertising campaigns using a variety of communication platforms, including but not limited to broadcast radio, social media, streaming radio, podcasts, connected TV, and online advertising. The strategy should target key audiences, leveraging data and market insights to ensure a fully integrated, multi-channel approach. Media placements will be designed to maximize the impact of the agency’s advertising budget, drive traffic to the agency's website, and reflect current trends in consumer behavior and channel engagement.
Additionally, the vendor will be expected to align advertising content with each media channel for optimal agency awareness, and provide ongoing performance analysis and evaluation of campaign effectiveness. This feedback will inform the agency’s future outreach activities and advertising investments.
