(1) Vendor needs to provide Media Services for• Maintain and build a favorable reputation of the Agency; • Raise awareness of the Agency and its work; and • Create and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote homebuyer programs and its role in assisting in realizing their dream of homeownership.– implements an advertising campaign to build brand awareness and promote its homebuyer programs, utilizes a variety of communications platforms, including but not limited to broadcast radio, social media, streaming radio, podcasts, and connected TV. a. Develop and execute a comprehensive, statewide advertising strategy to promote the homebuyer programs. – The strategy will reflect the priorities, optimize resources, and reflect changes in consumer behavior. b. The strategy will identify key audiences and develop appropriate strategies for reaching each audience. c. Use data and market insights to target key audiences for a fully–integrated, multi–channel advertising strategy. d. Include targeted media placements, including but not limited to connected TV, podcasts, online advertising, and broadcast and streaming radio, which will drive consumers to the Agency’s website e. Align the advertising content to reflect current trends and the media channel (social media advertising, podcasts, radio, and print) to provide greater Agency awareness. f. Maximize the impact of the Agency’s advertising budget by implementing an efficient, highreturn strategies on channels statewide. g. Provide performance analysis and evaluation of the advertising investments and strategy to better inform the Agency’s future advertising investments and outreach activities.(2) All question had been submitted no later than December 3, 2025.
