(1) Vendor needs to provide media planning and buying services.– New partnership with an agency to collaborate on the planning, buying and delivery of offline, out–of–home and experiential media to support the promotion of agency collection; agency free museum and library, and select engagement initiatives.– Strategic guidance, holistic, impact–driven thinking, innovative solutions and deep knowledge of the media mix and cultural sector audiences to agency use of offline, out–of–home and experiential media– Support the growth of onsite visitors (first–time and returning) to agency collection, through the promotion of individual exhibitions as well as venue/destination–led media initiatives.– Out–of–home advertising including but not limited to digital, print, mobile, street furniture, transit and transport, place–based– Experiential and guerilla advertising– Audiovisual advertising including but not limited to television, VOD, cinema, podcast, audio and radio(2) An expression of interest due on February 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
