The selected vendor will provide comprehensive media, photography, and visual content creation services. This includes managing all aspects of visual storytelling, such as strategy development, content capture, production, editing, and asset management for both photography and video across departments and various venues.
Key responsibilities involve developing and implementing a cohesive visual storytelling framework and style guidelines, ensuring alignment with fundraising, grant, and capital campaign efforts. The vendor will collaborate on script development, produce a public market video diary series, and perform on-site filming at multiple locations to capture events and community engagement activities. Delivery of services must include captioning and accessibility options, as well as event and market photography.
A critical component of this engagement is digital asset management. The contractor will organize the digital archive system, provide cloud-based access to staff, deliver both edited and raw files as per agreement, and appropriately tag and categorize all assets for internal use. The contract term will be two years.
