An organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive media outreach and monitoring services on a global scale. The selected vendor will conduct both personal outreach to targeted media contacts and utilize advanced digital tools to engage with a broad range of outlets, including traditional mainstream media such as print, television, and radio, as well as digital media platforms and podcasts.

Key responsibilities include the preparation and unlimited distribution of press releases and email pitches in English and additional languages such as Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. The vendor is expected to support the creation of press materials, develop messaging, and conduct related research. Monitoring services should encompass social media engagement analysis, influencer activity tracking, influence score calculation, and trend and discussion volume monitoring.

The vendor will be tasked with generating custom PDF reports, providing data exports in Excel format, and delivering regular activity reports upon request from the Communications team. This RFP requires all questions to be submitted by January 14, 2026.
