A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive media monitoring services in Quebec. The selected provider will be responsible for capturing and delivering audio and video clips, as well as producing verbatim transcripts from radio, television, and podcast news and public affairs programming.

All content must be delivered in near–real time to ensure timely access to current media coverage. This service is intended to support stakeholders who require up-to-date monitoring and documentation of media broadcasts across multiple platforms.
