(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring and press release distribution services. • Provide comprehensive media monitoring, media database access, and press release distribution to measure publicity impact and streamline outreach. • Inclusion of social mentions on news sites/blogs (e.g., embedded tweets/X posts in articles). • Access to a regularly updated, verified media contact database (journalists, editors, producers, bloggers, freelancers). • Wire distribution: 20 releases to Illinois state wire and 5 releases to national wire annually. Alternately, 25 national wire releases. • Post–distribution analytics: opens, clicks, forwards, undeliverable, top outlets engaged. • Metrics: volume, reach/circulation, impressions, ad value/equivalency, share of voice, potential audience, message pull–through. • Advanced filters (beat, outlet, location, language, publication frequency, pitching preferences). • Build, save, dedupe and maintain custom distribution lists. • Suppression lists, opt–out management and bounce handling.
