Vendor needs to provide media monitoring and distribution platform– Solutions will support proactive monitoring, engagement and reporting across digital, print and social media channels while ensuring operational efficiency, strong security and full regulatory compliance. Key Requirements include (but are not limited to): • Media & Social Listening – Real–time monitoring of mentions across global online, print and social platforms, including sentiment analysis. • Competitor Benchmarking – Ability to compare Abertay University’s media presence and reputation against relevant sector peers. • Customisable Keywords – Unlimited keyword monitoring configurable by the communications team, including a defined set of print–tracking keywords. • Analytics & Reporting – Intuitive dashboards and exportable, branded reports suitable for internal and external stakeholders. • Parliamentary Monitoring – Tracking of keyword mentions within UK and Scottish parliamentary transcripts. • Media Database – Access to a broad, up–to–date media contacts database with strong coverage of Scottish media outlets. • Security and Compliance – Demonstrated GDPR compliance and robust cybersecurity measures. • Operational Support – Access for up to four users, including full onboarding, training and responsive online support. All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026. The contract period will be for four years.
