(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying strategic advertising and marketing campaigns consulting.– Provide comprehensive media buying, consulting, and related services.– Develop and implement strategic advertising and marketing campaigns– Ensure coordinated media placements across university units– Provide actionable insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform strategy.– Media Buy / Campaign Development– Analyse and recommend advertising strategies and tactics across all media types including:– Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social Media, Podcasts & Connected TV.– Handle media buys in a variety of markets (state, regional, national, and international).– Provide well–organized advertising specifications and instructions on how to prepare files for each media buy (accepted file types and sizes, required borders, frame rates, etc.)– Traffic creative files to vendors/media outlets.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
