The county attorney’s office in Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide media buying and advertising services in support of a public awareness anti-human trafficking campaign. The selected provider will act as a marketing consultant, collaborating closely with the office to develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-faceted campaign that aligns with existing agency branding and website graphics.

The campaign’s focus will be to increase community awareness regarding the signs, risks, and realities of human trafficking, and to encourage community members to take proactive action. The scope includes all stages of campaign development, such as creative direction, message development, and design concepts. Vendors will also be responsible for producing all campaign assets, including television spots, digital advertisements, social media content, and other related materials.

Additional services required include creative asset production, social media strategy and creative design, video production, online marketing asset creation, and comprehensive media planning and placement. The goal is to maximize the reach and impact of the anti-human trafficking message throughout the community.
