The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive media audit service, focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of current audio and video content strategies. This includes analysis of performance metrics and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize content creation and distribution, with the goal of enhancing citizen engagement with their natural heritage.
Key deliverables include an audit of the Nature Boost Podcast, promotional materials, Discover Nature Notes (DNN) Video Series across various platforms (Blog, YouTube, Instagram Verticals, Facebook), public service announcements, advertisements, as well as Tuesday Tweet content for platforms such as X, Facebook, and Instagram. The scope also encompasses live webcasts, Facebook Live sessions, and an assessment of emerging content channels and distribution opportunities.
The vendor will conduct an ROI analysis to guide cost–benefit decision-making and provide a strategic roadmap for future content optimization. Additionally, an audience analysis and segmentation report will be required to inform targeted outreach efforts.
