The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive media and video services. Responsibilities include assisting the senior communications coordinator and communications coordinator by drafting media releases, crafting written responses to media inquiries, and gathering information as needed. The selected vendor will represent the agency in written communications and, when required, conduct on-camera interviews for TV, radio, or newspaper outlets, particularly during crisis situations.

Additionally, the vendor will support efforts to enhance brand awareness and promote the agency’s image. Expected services include collaborating with the communications team on storyboarding and concept development, full production services such as videography, multi-location shoots, music selection, and voiceover, as well as video editing and postproduction for individual projects. The vendor should capture B-roll footage of agency sites for future use and utilize drone technology for video projects involving buildings or groups of buildings. Professional photography of agency buildings and headshots of the leadership team for website and media purposes are also required.

All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026. The initial contract period will be for one year.
