An Ohio state agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive media and video services. The selected provider will support the agency's communications efforts by offering consulting assistance, including writing media releases, responding to media inquiries with written statements, and gathering information as needed. Collaboration with the agency’s coordinator is essential to ensure accurate and effective communication with the media.

The scope of work also encompasses full-service video production. This includes concept and script development in partnership with the communications team, storyboarding, videography—including multi-location shoots, music selection, voiceover integration—and detailed video editing and postproduction. The vendor will also supply B-roll footage of agency sites and may use drone technology to capture aerial and architectural images of buildings.

Additionally, photography services are required for agency-organized or agency-featured events, documentation of agency buildings, and professional headshots of the agency’s leadership team for web and media use.
