The platform must enable real-time tracking, analysis, and reporting of both traditional and digital media content, supporting the agency’s strategic communication and reporting objectives.

Key requirements include multilingual monitoring capabilities, access to a robust influencer database, advanced analytics, and strong support services. The system should accommodate up to 10 users and offer the ability to monitor all major social media platforms, as well as schedule and manage social media posts through integrated workflow tools. Additional features include AI-powered summarization, real-time and scheduled automated alerts, customizable analytics dashboards, and reporting templates.

The solution must offer a unified stream for mentions, comments, direct messages, and engagements, as well as tools for trend analysis and audience-reach metrics. Redistribution rights for up to 250 recipients and access to both established and emerging platforms are also required. The contract for this service will span a period of three years.
