Vendor needs to provide media and marketing, recruitment, search engine optimization and retention service. This includes graduate student marketing, recruitment, and retention for both online and on-campus programs. Enhanced recruitment efforts involve tailored marketing campaigns and creative services to boost program visibility, engage prospects effectively, and convert them into enrolled students. The vendor is expected to demonstrate the ability to conduct an in-depth market analysis to optimize program structure, pricing, and positioning. Responsibilities include providing tailored marketing materials, creative and design services, and marketing content for individual programs, ensuring alignment with agency branding standards. Creative services will include: responsive microsite development, mobile and desktop RFI landing page creation, display media design, brochure design, HTML email design, and the ability to assign a dedicated marketing strategist to serve as the primary contact. Additional services include media and marketing buying, conversion optimization, search engine optimization (SEO) including SEO content production, testing and recommendations, SEO article creation, continued performance analysis, and site linking recommendations. All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28, 2026.
