A government authority in Georgia is seeking a qualified service provider to manage the migration and upgrade of its Maximo enterprise platform from an on-premises environment to a secure private cloud offering. The initiative involves transitioning the current Maximo version 7.6.1.3 to a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) structure, as well as performing a technical upgrade to the latest Maximo Application Suite (MAS9). This platform supports asset tracking for 45,000 assets, inventory management for 40,000 items, and work processes for over 250 users across multiple facilities.

The selected provider will be responsible for all aspects of the migration, including transfer, reconfiguration, and deployment, ensuring that no existing functionality is lost during the process. A successful Go-Live cutover to production on MAS9 is required, along with comprehensive post-migration hosting, maintenance, and support for a period of five years. Ongoing services will include quarterly access reviews to maintain optimal operation and security. Questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted prior to the specified deadline.
