The state of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1 as-a-service software, including licensing, support, and subscriptions. This procurement will ensure continuous access to Maximo AppPoints as service subscriptions for the existing MAS 9.1 environment, currently hosted on the IBM commercial platform.
The MAS platform is essential for tracking and monitoring office spaces, laboratories, animal housing, and research areas that are critical to operations supporting farmers and ranchers. The selected vendor must supply sufficient AppPoint entitlements to meet all program usage needs during the contract period. Additionally, the scope includes provision of 24/7 technical support through the IBM website. The contract will be awarded for a one-year term.
