(1) Vendor needs to provide Maximo application suite (MAS) as a service software.– Maximo AppPoints as service subscription for the existing MAS 9.1 environment currently hosted within the IBM commercial platform.– AppPoints is a unit of measure by which the program can be licensed. An AppPoint is a common unit of value. – This platform is used to track and monitor all office, laboratories and animal housing and research areas that are mission critical for farmers and ranchers.– Sufficient AppPoint entitlements must be obtained to cover the total number of entitlements required for licensee’s authorized use of the program. – IBM MAS 9.1 SaaS licensing subscription.– Provide 24 X 7 technical support via IBM website. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
