The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northeast Area, Beltsville Agriculture Research Center (BARC) Facilities Division is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing a cloud-based Maximo Application Suite (MAS-9) as a Service. The solution must be compliant with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRamp) and cover software licensing, development, configuration support, updates, and secure cloud-based storage for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1.1 renewal.

This notice seeks to assess the availability of small business contractors, including SBA–certified HUBZone, 8(a), Women–Owned, and Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Businesses, who can deliver the latest features and security enhancements included with the Maximo Maintenance Essential Edition. Contractors must currently meet or demonstrate progress towards FedRamp compliance for Maximo Application Suite by 2026. Information gathered will inform future procurement decisions and determine the level of competition for any subsequent solicitation.
