The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing Base Operations Support (BOS) Services, as well as design, construction, and design–build projects for the 15th Space Surveillance Squadron located on the Island of Maui. This effort may result in one or more contracts, including a potential Multiple Award Contract for construction projects with 12-month base and option periods.

The BOS requirement encompasses all management, personnel, equipment, and services necessary for facility operations, including support for information and communication systems and tenants. Specific services sought are administration management, facility and infrastructure maintenance, repairs, demolition, IT and communications support, plant operations, grounds maintenance, refuse collection and disposal, architect/engineer services (planning, design, and construction management), security system maintenance, property and vehicle control, shipping and receiving, warehouse logistics, and janitorial services.

Site facilities include potable water systems with pumps and tanks, underground and above-ground water storage tanks, and chlorination systems.
