The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the renewal of software maintenance for MathWorks software. This procurement is planned as a noncompetitive, sole source action with MathWorks, Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106(b), as MathWorks is identified as the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirements for this software service.
Vendors who believe they can meet these requirements are invited to submit documentation demonstrating their capabilities. Submissions will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement process is warranted. All responses must be received electronically by 10:00 a.m. EST on December 3, 2025.
