(1) Vendor needs to provide materials providers landscaping services to the government authority located in KS.– Provide on–call services and materials in one or more designated service areas, including lawn care, landscaping, arboriculture, irrigation, and related disciplines.– Work may include all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services outlined in this solicitation.– Chemical applications to include fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.– Reseeding, over seeding, seed and sod preparation, sodding, aeration, drainage, and grade work.– Hard goods (mulch, rock, steel edging, paver patios, retaining walls, landscape fabric, landscape lighting, etc.).– Planting materials (trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, etc.).– Chemical applications including but not limited to: fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 21, 2026.
