(1) Vendor needs to provide materials lab construct services to the government authority located in Manchester, KY.– Project includes a new single story district Materials Lab.– Property is underlain by mine or roadway spoils.– Building is supported on a mat foundation system.– New building consists of load bearing masonry with steel beams and metal roof deck.– Exterior walls have brick veneer or metal panels with insulation.– Interior partitions are metal studs with gypsum on both sides and batt insulation.– roof is standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes include gypsum, epoxy flooring, ceramic wall tile, and acoustical ceiling tile.
