The State of Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive master software program solution. This engagement will encompass assistance with software or solution licensing and maintenance renewals, including processing orders and payments related to both initial licensing and renewals. The selected vendor will also manage the renewal of licensing or subscription fees necessary to ensure continued access, usage, and support for the state’s software or solution platforms.

In addition to licensing services, the vendor will offer software development and implementation services designed to improve operational efficiency, encourage competition, and ensure the proper security of state data. The contract period will be for one year. Vendors are required to participate in a mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 13, 2026, and submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than January 20, 2026.
