(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning, architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Jamestown, RI.– Provide architectural, planning, engineering and other services as necessary to assist schools in the development of a comprehensive facilities master plan.– Site improvements and building systems improvements.– Robust communication plan seeking input and providing updates to school personnel, Town personnel, and the broader Jamestown community.– Engage multiple stakeholders in the planning process through community engagement and local government collaboration as outlined in the necessity of school construction application and school construction regulations.– Provides a comprehensive review, assessment and intended improvements of all facilities in the district.– Assist the district in developing an education program.– Develop in depth and comprehensive demographic and enrollment projections to support the educational program.– Assist the district with developing a financing plan and funding strategy.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18,2025.
