(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning and pre–construction services for a new fire station, administration, and possible future dispatch building of approximately 25,000 SF to the government authority located in Kingman, AZ.– This project is a high priority for the City, and the selected CMAR must demonstrate the ability to provide innovative, practical solutions that expedite the construction schedule while maintaining quality and controlling costs. The City intends to procure the CMAR early in the process so the CMAR can support the design team from project initiation through completion by providing real–time cost modeling, constructability input, and value engineering throughout design.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal will be held on January 7, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
