(1) Vendor needs to provide MassVoice cloud solution.– Provides and manages a cloud–based telecommunications platform known as MassVoice Cloud, which delivers feature–rich, consistent user experience for state employees, whether working onsite or remotely.– Platform is highly reliable and supports local survivability for state locations if they become isolated from the core environment.– Services must enable complete business continuity at all required locations, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound calling during normal operations and during isolated survivability scenarios.– PSTN facilities and services that operate in conjunction with the MassVoice Cloud unified communications platform.– Ability to bill individual entities directly.– Automatic inbound call forwarding.– PRI replacement circuit serves as a modern, IP–based alternative to traditional Primary Rate Interface (PRI) connections.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
