Implementation Services: Implement mass notification system for agency. The system is to be configured to use agency Microsoft Entra Id for agency employee authentication. Setup and configure the solution for agency with 115 number of contact groups and 160 notification and incident templates. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 4 and 5, 2026.
