Vendor needs to provide mass notification system. – Application supported by latest browser versions (current version – 3) (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, & Safari). – Application is web responsive for use on multiple device types – desktop, laptop, tablet, phone. – The solution is compatible with phones, IOS devices, tablets, laptops and computers. – Vendor has regular data/configuration backup schedule. – Data is available 24/7 (except agreed to defined maintenance windows). – Access to web portal uses standard web security/encryption (via SSL). – The vendor must undergo security audits/third party security reviews. – The Proponent must have and maintain a disaster recovery (DR) plan to handle significant service outages. – The solution has predefined reports. – The solution has an on-line user guide and/or help features. All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
