Distribute and collect pre–and post–training surveys, compile data, and provide appropriate reports for final evaluations. Assembly of welcome packet with agenda, instructions, and other orienting information. Begin marketing campaign and registration of couples (goal of 30), confirming contact information, special accommodations, and answering questions. Provide an update on the registration of 30 couples. Communication check–in with program manager. Reserve or confirm videographer/photographer. Provide update on registration and communicate needs to program manager. Send curriculum and agenda to reproduction. Check on delivery of promotional supplies.
