This RFP seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive installation services for marquees and school signage, including both new installations and full replacements. The scope includes digital and non-digital marquees, with turnkey services covering design, engineering, fabrication, site verification, structural components, concrete foundations, architectural finishes, structural framing, permitting, coordination with local authorities, electrical integration, installation, digital component integration, and final testing and commissioning.

Vendors will also be responsible for the repair and refurbishment of marquees, handling panel and LED module replacements, lighting or structural component repairs, digital display upgrades, masonry refurbishment, and removal of obsolete or damaged equipment. Additionally, the RFP covers turnkey scoreboard services, from design and engineering through installation, mounting, permitting, electrical integration, and control system setup.

Maintenance and emergency services are required, including same-day or 24-hour response times, priority support on game days or evenings, and emergency troubleshooting and repair capabilities. The vendor must also provide signage services for both interior and exterior applications, such as building identification, directional, wayfinding, safety, informational, and ADA-compliant signage, as well as both permanent and temporary signage solutions and repairs.
