The objective is to assess vendor capabilities in developing and executing a broad marketing strategy, producing collateral, optimizing campaign performance, and managing data-driven outreach. Objective: The Department of the Treasury requests information from vendors with proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, and print channels. The work will include creative development, coordinated production of campaign assets, media planning and placement, and ongoing performance optimization. Treasury seeks to understand available capabilities, delivery models, and pricing structures.
