The agency seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive marketing, media relations, social media content creation, and translation communications services for both internal and external audiences. The scope includes strategic planning, execution, and advisory services to support internal communications, media relations, public engagement, and customer-facing communications.
Responsibilities include developing internal communication strategies and messaging frameworks, producing employee communications such as intranet content, newsletters, email updates, brochures, signage, and branding materials. For external communications, the vendor will create customer materials including newsletters, bill inserts, flyers, website content, mailers, brochures, and public notices. Social media content must be developed in alignment with agency priorities, and the vendor will provide copywriting, editorial, graphic design, branding, as well as video concept development and scriptwriting.
Additional tasks involve conducting comprehensive brand audits and stakeholder research via interviews, focus groups, and surveys, as well as providing strategic recommendations for brand alignment, evolution, or potential name change. The vendor must offer certified written translation services in Spanish, Vietnamese, and other requested languages. The contract will span two years.
