A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive marketing management services aimed at improving efficiency, increasing carload traffic, ensuring long-term sustainability, and strengthening freight viability within a regional railroad context. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day railroad operations, leading marketing and business development initiatives, delivering customer service and account management, handling accounting and billing functions, conducting infrastructure inspection and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance with FRA and state requirements, providing transload marketing and operational support, or delivering a combination of these services.
