A vendor is sought to provide marketing consulting services focused on enhancing the competitiveness of state-produced products in China, Hong Kong and Macau, and Singapore. The selected firm will support marketing and promotional activities, develop strategic recommendations for export growth, and create and deliver promotional material for meetings, trade shows, and foreign buyer missions.

Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on distribution strategies, identifying importers, organizing warehousing and distribution partnerships, conducting market research, and tracking sales and related performance metrics. The consultant will also coordinate tours in the target markets, facilitate meetings with key buyers, and identify promotional opportunities in the food service, food retail, and food ingredient sectors. The contract term is one year, with structured opportunities for questions and a pre-bid conference scheduled prior to the proposal deadline.
