(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, communications and outreach services. – Provide social and digital marketing, media buying, communications, and community outreach services for the county’s environmental health services pollution prevention programs – Project and Campaign Support – Graphic Design and Media Buying: Create outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, signs, digital graphics, or other items needed for a project or campaign – Recommend the most effective media channels for each project or campaign. – Communications and Community Outreach: Conduct outreach to residents, businesses, and community organizations to promote projects and campaigns. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
