A town in Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive marketing campaign services to enhance local business engagement and increase community outreach. The selected partner will be responsible for proactively engaging with local businesses through visits, interviews, and ongoing outreach, serving as a primary point of contact for marketing opportunities, events, promotions, and available resources. Vendors will also assist businesses in sharing their stories by coordinating storytelling initiatives.
Key responsibilities include conducting background research to review and build upon existing marketing materials, strategic plans, signage, and branding. Vendors will regularly capture new photography and video content showcasing the diversity of businesses and activity in the town. The scope of services further encompasses the creation of engaging digital and social media content—minimum three posts weekly on Instagram and Facebook—supported by monthly content calendars and graphic design for both social media and districtwide community events.
Additionally, the vendor will manage website content, including blog writing, graphic design, calendar and directory updates, and ongoing SEO optimization for the town's WordPress website. Digital advertising campaigns will be developed and executed to attract both residents and visitors, with a particular focus on supporting districtwide events. The scope also includes public relations functions such as monitoring and responding to reviews, comments, and social media tags, and conducting an annual review of the overall marketing strategy to assess results and recommend improvements. The initial contract period is for one year.
