Vendor needs to provide marketing assistance services. Traditional and digital marketing expertise to assist with strategy and branding to promote the agency to out-of-town visitors and to promote Town-sponsored special events. Agency staff will guide specific publications and platforms on which to market and will guide specific events to market; the Contract Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating ad copy/content and provide guidance to agency staff seeking best results. Assist in developing a unified, professional look to all Town display advertising with high quality graphic design. Development of maps, guides, brochures, activity itineraries and other documents as needed/requested, in both printed and online/mobile–responsive formats. Assistance and guidance to Town staff with developing a tag/and or tagline for the overall community and guidance of the overall marketing plan. Training of agency staff on Facebook and Instagram platforms. Work with and take direction from the Applefest Event Manager on specific marketing needs. Social media content and posting (Facebook, Instagram, etc). Creation of print materials including event posters, schedule posters and display ads.
