A Colorado agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide marketing assistance services aimed at promoting the agency to out-of-town visitors and supporting Town-sponsored special events. The selected vendor should demonstrate expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, offering strategic guidance and branding services. Responsibilities include collaborating with agency staff to identify effective publications, platforms, and events to market, as well as creating compelling ad copy and content designed for maximum engagement.

The vendor will play a central role in developing a cohesive and professional appearance for all Town display advertising, employing high-quality graphic design. Deliverables will also include the creation of maps, guides, brochures, activity itineraries, and other related documents in both print and mobile-responsive online formats. Additional support includes assisting with the development of a tagline for the community, providing guidance on the overall marketing plan, and delivering staff training on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

The marketing assistant will also partner with the Applefest Event Manager on targeted event marketing needs, create and post social media content, and design print collateral including event and schedule posters. All interested parties must submit questions regarding the contract by February 26, 2025.
