A vendor is sought to provide marketing and social media consultant services for a one-year contract. The vendor will deliver professional marketing, branding, and digital communication support on an as-needed basis, including strategic communications, content development, and advisory services to township leadership.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing communications and marketing plans, drafting, designing, and scheduling social media content, creating branded print and digital materials, and drafting press releases, public notices, and promotional materials. The consultant will also advise leadership on public messaging, media strategy, and crisis communications, as well as provide performance metrics and analytics reports as requested. A strong working knowledge of public sector communications, community engagement strategies, and digital media management is required.
