(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and promotional service. • Develop and deliver a marketing and promotional plan of outdoor amenities and infrastructure with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity for a twelve–month period. • Creation of targeted marketing campaigns, to raise awareness of the county’s outdoor recreation amenities and accessible infrastructure including walks and trails, water based activities and greenways. • Digital display ads, search engine marketing and retargeting. • Social media advertising and targeted campaigns. • Advertorials and native content in local, national or sectoral publications/platforms. • Print advertising in specialist publications and/or local, regional, national and international media. • Commission high–quality photography and videography to capture outdoor recreation amenities and accessible tourist locations for campaign use.
