Vendor needs to provide marketing and outreach services: Design and implement a countywide, multilingual, and culturally responsive marketing campaign that increases awareness of employee and worker ownership models; development of a comprehensive marketing strategy; creation of multilingual, accessible content; execution of outreach, partner engagement, and promotional activities; support for events. Define and develop a visual that illustrates the participant journey for each track (startups, transitions, and scaling). Responsible for creating a channel plan and media budget that identifies communication channels, marketing approaches, and an outreach schedule and cadence for the full campaign. Brand identity and messaging: The Contractor will build on the existing brand identity and logo provided by agency, change branding as requested. Design, create, and manage a suite of multilingual, accessible communication assets to support countywide awareness and conversion to Initiative intake. Develop assets aligned with the marketing strategy and consistent with the logo and branding guidelines. Website design and management: Manage a dedicated webpage for the Initiative and financial programs within the existing Economic Mobility Initiative website. Event content: Create a master pitch deck providing program overview and specific sub deck for each of the three program tracks, for events hosted by agency. The contract period will be for one year.
