An organization in Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing and fundraising consulting services. The selected consultant will bring a professional perspective and a strong understanding of the local community to help enhance revenue streams and support the organization’s conservation, social, and economic objectives for the future.

Key responsibilities include conducting an audit of current fundraising activities and structure, and providing actionable recommendations. The consultant will also guide the development of a robust fundraising and campaign strategic plan, outlining goals, target audiences, channels, and timelines. Additionally, the scope includes the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, emails, social media content, donor appeals, and donor recognition materials, as well as providing advice and oversight throughout their development.

The consultant will manage day-to-day campaign operations to ensure strategic alignment. The initial contract term is three years.
